Objective of this session is to gain some insight into the challenges that can emerge among founding teams as they attempt to agree upon key issues at the birth of a company: (1) roles & responsibilities given team members experience and backgrounds, (2) respective ownership interests in the company, (3) and decision-making when the times get tough.
