While this core module is beneficial for PhD students and Postdocs (collectively called trainees) at all stages of training, we recommend participation in early years of training. Participating in early years will ensure that trainees leverage particular window of opportunities for specific fellowships, and develop these fundamental skills and strategies for success in their academic training at the University.
