The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs – Diversity Programs is proud to sponsor the UVA 2022 Diversity Retreat on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
The UVA Diversity Retreat is an annual initiative focused on underrepresented and underserved groups aimed to address the unique needs, concerns, and continued growth of both graduate students and postdoctoral scholars. This year the theme will be "Crafting a New Normal: Resilience, Comfort and Community." Dr. Brian Williams, Associate Professor of Public Education & Training, will be our featured keynote speaker, followed by three workshops about community, comfort, and resilience.
The retreat will be in-person in Wilson Hall, and there will be catered activities throughout the retreat.
