Through reflective writing, acknowledge the expectations and invisible pressures you may have experienced. Then, engage in values-exploration and contemplative techniques to build agency and resilience so you may move forward in careers with more intention and greater clarity.  Furthermore, learn how to make best use of online self-assessment tools like ChemIDP, Imagine PhD and myIDP  to gauge career fitness in diverse sectors.
