PhD+ Entrepreneurship: Founding Teams and Founder's Agreements

Nau Hall, Room 142

Entrepreneurship seminars are a mix of case discussions, guest panels, and action-oriented workshops covering topics such as: founders agreements, incorporation, market analysis, product development, funding and deal terms, business models, investor presentations, etc

Founding Teams and Founder's Agreements

This discussion will center upon the formation of an initial team at a startup, the role/relationships of and among these team members, and even the reward and decision-making structures that might be put in place. Importantly, we will bump into some of the pitfalls early teams encounter, as well as some tactics for avoiding these pitfalls.

Be prepared for a little "breakout" session, during which you will negotiate in groups some of the decisions that were made by the initial team at Savage Beast.
