LEARNING OUTCOME:
Self-assessment: This is something most of us have unconsciously practiced while making decisions on undergraduate majors or thesis projects in graduate school. Essentially, it involves introspecting your relationship to the world of work, and outlining your core values, skills and interests, through worksheets and online tool ImaginePhD.
In this session, trainees will contemplate on their
- Relationship to work
- Likes and dislikes in areas of work
- Values driving decisions and motivations
- Skills they value
This session will involve pre-workshop and post-workshop preparation.
