You are cordially invited to the Grad Thesis Slam final competition for 2022, which will take place tomorrow, April 21, 4-5:30 PM, in the Harrison Small Auditorium of the Special Collections Library (170 McCormick Road).
Grad Thesis Slam (GTS) is an academic competition that challenges doctoral students to describe their dissertation research within three minutes to a general audience. GTS celebrates the discoveries made by PhD students and encourages them to communicate the importance of their research to the broader community.
We will be delighted for you to join us as we listen to eight advanced PhD students competing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the best 3-minute presentation of this year. Please see the finalists and their presentation topics in the flyer attached.
