Are you a graduate student or postdoc in a STEM-related field who is interested in different governmental agency career paths at the interface of health and policy?

PhD Plus and the Science Policy Initiative (SPI) at UVA will be hosting a 2.5-hour workshop in August that is specifically designed for graduate students and postdocs who are interested in pursuing science policy fellowship and internship opportunities. 

This April, the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) hosts its Catalyzing Advocacy in Science and Engineering (CASE) workshop in person in Washington, DC

This multi-day event will include a Policy 101 overview, an introduction to how your science gets funded, a discussion centered on policymaking in the current hyper-partisan era, a science policy-focused communication workshop, and more.
