This online, interactive session has been (re)developed to meet the needs of PhD students and Postdocs, with a particular focus on your wellbeing during this time of crisis and uncertainty.  

In this session, we will explore timely topics on how to manage stress, work from home, eat well, and stay active as we all are adjusting to changes in personal and professional lives. Dr. Deborah Barry will also incorporate useful exercises for breathing and mind-body connection. This session will include a short presentation, active participation, and reserved time for Q&A, conversations, and sharing resources.

**Please wear clothes suitable for gentle movement and breathing exercises.

Deborah Barry, PhD, Assistant Professor of Medical Education, School of Medicine

In addition to her primary role in curricular development, Dr. Barry designs and develops wellness programming for medical students. Utilizing her training as a wellness coach and certified yoga instructor, Dr. Barry provides medical students with coaching related to time management, sleep habits, and managing stress.
