In this session, we will explore specific communication methods along with when, and when not to, use them. We will practice specific scenarios in which your communication needs to be thougtful and prepared as well as possible (e.g. submitting a request, running a meeting, providing advice to a colleague, etc.). If you have ever had a mis-communication, this session can help you think about what you might have done differently to achieve a better outcome.
