Are you an advanced degree candidate interested in consulting? Come join McKinsey colleagues from our Southern Offices (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Miami) to learn more about McKinsey’s research and work on the annual Women in the Workplace report. As part of McKinsey’s commitment to promoting gender equality in the workplace, the Firm partners with LeanIn to produce insightful research on women in the workplace. This research examines the progress towards and struggles that remain to achieving gender equality in the workplace and suggests steps companies can take to continue supporting women.
Eligibility: We welcome all female advanced degree candidates (PhD, postdoc, non-MBA masters, JD, MD) completing their degree or program in December 2019 or later to join us
