This series is designed for advanced doctoral students and all Postdocs who are getting ready to transition towards diverse employment opportunities in academic and non-academic sectors in 2020-2021. This series will not include strategies for postdoctoral opportunities and faculty careers.
In this session, you will learn strategies to
- ace all tiers of interviews by phone, video conference or in-person, and develop a plan to prepare for technical skills-based interviews that are sector-specific
- effectively negotiate an offer to fit your needs and preferences in a prioritized manner
