The Future Faculty core module is best suited for advanced PhD students and postdocs in all disciplines interested in faculty careers in the U.S. This series consists of virtual workshops, panel discussions, asynchronous materials (videos and reflections), and feedback sessions where participants can get feedback on job application materials and practice interviews and job talks in a supportive environment. For optimal results, attendees are encouraged to follow the timeline and spend time outside the scheduled sessions to apply information and strategies learned in practice and submit drafts for suggestions along the way.
**The Fall 2022 Future Faculty module is organized into three levels. Level 1 topics set up the context for Level 2 and Level 3. With many changes due to Covid and hiring practices, Level 1 helps you learn more about the changing higher education landscape and from recent successful transitions. Therefore, attending Level 1 is essential before attending Level 2 and Level 3.
