PhD Plus will host a condensed version of our summer Fellowship Workshop Series that is focused on the NSF GFRP on Tuesday, August 15, from 1:00 – 3:30 pm. The Bootcamp will provide insight into what reviewers are looking for, a chance to break down and understand the strengths of past applications, receive small group feedback on your personal and research statement ideas, and more. Prior to the event, attendees will be asked to reflect on 4-6 personal experiences and stories they could include in their statements and watch recorded panel discussions.
This event will be held in person in the Language Commons (New Cabell Hall, Suite 298). Snacks and beverages will be provided for in-person attendees.
If you're unable to make it in person, you're welcome to join us by Zoom. All interested participants should register before 12:00 noon on Friday, August 11, to ensure they receive the instructions and Zoom link prior to the event.
